Our Dairy Community Box Office can offer your patrons a convenient way to buy tickets online, in-person or by phone. Tickets to events held at The Dairy can be purchased online through Front Gate Tickets. Tickets are NOT available online less than two hours prior to show time. This does not mean that the show is sold out. We accept Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover for online purchases to Dairy events.

The Dairy Community Box Office sells tickets to select events held at non-Dairy venues, such as Macky Auditorium. Please see Off-Site Ticketed Events below.

Tickets in Person

Visit us at The Dairy Community Box Office weekday afternoons and one hour prior to show time. Cash and checks are accepted at the box office, in addition to credit cards listed above.

Seating

The majority of performances at The Dairy are general admission seating. Doors open 20 minutes prior to show time. Latecomers are admitted at the house manager’s discretion.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. Each presenter sets policy regarding exchanges on base ticket fees. The Dairy Center is entitled to retain all fees collected for services it performs, including handling and service fees.

Service Fees

Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online or by phone. Service fees help to support ticketing operations and cover credit card fees.

Privacy Policy

By purchasing tickets, you are giving The Dairy Center permission to share your contact information with the event organizer or individual artists for promotion of future events. Client contact information is never sold or shared with a third party. If you do not want your information shared please send an email request with your full name to the Box Office Manager.

Special Needs Seating

Please purchase tickets in advance through Dairy Community Box Office at 303.444.7328 (SEAT). Be sure to let us know you will require special seating. Please arrive 30 minutes before show time, and contact the box office staff or Dairy house manager on duty in order to be seated in an area appropriate to your individual needs before doors open.

Audio Enhancement

Personal assistive listening devices are available free of charge to audience members attending all performances at The Dairy. These listening devices are compatible with hearing aids, and safe to use. Personal wireless receivers and ear buds are available at Dairy Community Box Office prior to each performance. The box office will hold your driver’s license or credit card, returning it to you when the listening device is turned in to The Dairy House Manager on duty at the end of the performance.
